Allies Target Frame: Removing Items and Adding Ability Cooldowns

Ally items in the target frame are useless with the scoreboard. Adding 4 boxes for ability cooldowns can be done without changing the overall size of the target frame.

This would help with Jg interactions and bot lane communication early game, and chasing mid/late game.

The overall point would be to allow players to see their teammates cooldowns, instead of having to know every champions cooldowns or relying on their teammates to ping cooldowns.
