We were supposed to be getting this soon.

I recall when champ select came out, that riot said we would eventually be getting a non-draft version of it, I am assuming this would somewhat look like team builder in a way but no kicking people (maybe). I was just wondering when we were supposed to be getting that

(i consider champion screen as part of the gameplay, that and I dont see anything about interface to pick)
