@Riot Previous iteration of conqueror

Was balanced around melee vs ranged user. Ranged users, while they could stack just as efficiently as melee users, held stacks for much shorter duration. This made sense since keeping up your stacks as melee is much harder to do. Now why is current iteration of conqueror not doing the same? What exactly has changed? Considering that it now stacks faster on spell, most ranged champions(aka spell casters) stack it even faster than most melee users(aka fighters, bruisers, assassins etc.) Why is that you ask? Because in most cases spell casters have access to spammable spells which stack conqueror by 2 stacks instead of one. Meanwhile melee users such as fighters bruisers and others have access to at very least -1 spell across the fucking board. That -1 spell is most of the time auto attack modifier, leap with high cooldown, utility spell that doesnt stack conqueror what so ever. So why is it that ranged users stack and keep conqueror stacks same way as melee users? This blatantly favors ranged users, especially mages and I am not even diving into the fact that magic damage is much higher than physical damage in 90% of games thus healing spell casters with conqueror much better than AD melee users. Case and point being Mordekaiser whose win rate skyrocketed to almost 55% in platinum + elo while Dariuses win rate stayed stable. So why is it @Riot game that every time you say that you are gona address top lane, you just go and make it fucking worse. You buffed Dorans shield to address this issue? No you made afking under tower and begging for being in exp range without getting poked out of the lane more possible thats what you did. Top lane mage pick rate is still fucking rising. You did absolutely nothing to fix melee vs ranged matchups and in most cases you actually made it worse. So why is nothing done about it on PBE?
