gathering storm looks interesting, but also like a noob trap. games are usually over before it will accumulate enough ap or ad to matter.
though it seems like a safer version of eyeball collection, which is essentially the same with worse scaling and beeing more unreliable.

I could see a Ziggs stall strat holding out for that free deathcap on the mid and free 1.8 IE's of AD on the ADC.
Still probably not the best on Riven, though.
