BARD'S HEAL
Does anyone else think bard's heal needs some buffing? I mean come on you throw that heal on your adc in a fight and it barely impacts the outcome. Riot if you are reading this would you mind considering it for the upcoming patch?

Romans VI XXIII1 votesIts not ment to be an immediate heal, hence why it grows stronger the longer it is out. He has a very unique advantage in that he can cast his heal and let it sit there to heal some one later. Basically healing them in advance, this actually conserves mana, and is quit OP compared to other heals.
