League Of legends weird lag.

Hello everyone this is my first post so I am not sure if that's the right Board to post this in. So since like 1-2 if not three month I have been experiencing a weird and unexplainable lag. Basically I will start the game with like 140+ fps maxed out everything but when the minions spawn my fps immediately drops to like 100-120 max. And the weird thing is I am using a 75 Hz monitor so if I am running the game with more than 75 fps the game should run smooth but it's not, it feels laggy like I am running with 50-60 fps and I don't know what do the only fix I found by myself is when I use V-sync it locks on 75 fps and it drops only in massive Jungle-Mid fights 5v5 but I've heard using V-sync adds input lag so I stopped using it. I would appreciate some help and a way to fix that if possible.

Maybe you have the same issue like me. My fps just dont drop when minions spawn but when I walk its like my camera (specially on locked) I feel sluggish and laggy with my movement like mini lags with good fps most of the time. This issue came up out of nowhere

lock camera means everything on your screen has to continually update unless you are not moving. compared to non-lock where only some things need to update on screen. lock camera will always lag you more than unlocked.

Literally just started happening to me as well. I factory reset my laptop without any results, and tried on multiple router connections.

I use a razer blade pro 17" which is MORE then capable of running league on highest settings. Let me know if you find a fix.

Same here with AMD RX580. Game just started to lag during game 2 days ago. I even tried reset the computer, still made no difference. I have no idea if there's a problem with my PC or it's on the League Client side...

I am really starting to think it's the game because I don't have any issues running other games..
