Fiddlesticks' Win Rate and Play Rate

Am I the only one who noticed Fiddlesticks' play rate is now at 1%? His win rate has also dropped to 45.19% thanks to the Jungle changes. If you look at his statistics, his primary role as a jungler is now ranked 182 and one of the bottom 20s of the lowest win-rates, while ranked as 160 in one of the lowest play-rates. His other roles, Mid-lane and Support, though have higher win-rates, have even worse play-rates.
And before you ask, yes, I'm aware of the buff Riot's giving him in Patch 6.24, but will it actually help, or will it make things worse? If it bounces back from him to the lone target, imagine what it could do to enemy champions. His Win Rate might go up, but I hypothesize that his Ban Rate will increase drastically because of how powerful they made his E.
When I played Fiddle in the preseason, I remember that the Raptors were the ones that gave me a frustratingly large amount of time because of how they melt my health bar super fast. I've managed to make out of there with at least 1% - 2%, but good god it took such a heavy toll that it reduced my jungle clearing.
Remember when in 6.9, they gave Fiddlesticks a minor update and made him super powerful, only to NERF him the very next patch?
Fiddlesticks' been stuck between a disgustingly thin line between stupidly powerful and utterly worthless; if buffed, he becomes an unstoppable being, but if nerfed, he's as useless as rotten hay.
Now I fear that if they change the jungle once again in Season 8, there's a possibility that Fiddlesticks might be rendered as outdated as pre-rework Warwick.
