Extend time after lock in on Blind pick...

Look, I rarely play blind pick, only when I am not ready for ranked game, and Draft Pick is not avalible... So when I join blind pick, I wait for other players to pick so I can pick as helpful support(I mainly play support) as I can for the rest of the team... After I decide which champion I will pick, I am left with 10sec of "Pick your champion" time and 10sec of "Choose your loadout" time, and also you have to press lock in after first 10sec, so you have even 2-3sec less for picking runes... 4 of last 5 times I got into the game with premade runes... So I suggest to extand the "Choose your loadout" time from 10sec to 30sec or at least to 20sec...
