Taliyah earth jumps over walls-idea

I wish Taliyah's Seismic Toss could boost her over walls! That way she had an escape.

I also don't think the time-limit between being in a fight and touching a walls and gaining movement speed from her passive is fair. It should be part of the character's identity to punish dashes and pushes towards her. She should be able to get away as well if need be.

She would seem more like a counter assassin mage. It should also improve her lane-ing.

I'd like to improve or review Taliyah. What do you guys and gals think?

There was some Riot comment on some thread I can no longer find about her Seismic Toss being able to relocate Taliyah herself. Riot was originally thinking about doing this, but for some reason I can't remember, they decided against it.

Aw... that's too bad. She has something missing. And I thought the rest of her kit wasn't too bad. She does already counter dashing opponents. But she's not as mobile as we'd want. Thats because just stacking movements speed, doesn't equate with being able to get away with all the stuns in the game.

She's hard to master, that's for sure. And she may need some tweak-age.

No. She is specifically balanced around lack of self-mobility outside of her passive (which boosts MS, but only applies out of combat), her Q's Worked Ground (which gives increased MS at cost of her Q being locked to a single pellet instead of like 5 or whatever it was), and her ultimate (which goes a long distance but has a long CD and is interruptible by any CC, and damage as well, if I remember correctly).

Taliyah needs to be reverted to pre-6.14.

It was not so perfectly because people were falling like rocks when bypassing it by mistake on team fights. With one or 2 Ap items, you could burst 100-0 squishies and do a whole lot of damage to bruisers and tanks. ON lane it was difficult to pull because all the focus was on you... but when skirmishes started, it was super easy to catch people off guard and send them into their instadeath with little chance to react. By that time i was not even aware of what taliyah was about and i remember getting kills out of nowhere without even noticing. Now imagine what pros could do with her. She was too much.

Its not bad that W-E is easier to do. That was the whole point. Getting locked out with W felt just bad.... but obvs the OP burst felt good. Now the W-E feels way better but her damage is not there. In fact.. i feel her current damage is right with W-E... the real problem with it is that now it doesnt prevent someone from getting in and burst you. Before it was not possible to do this becaus you risked getting instagibbed... but now theres no reason to fear the minefield. THIS is what riot needs to adress... but the solution deosnt necessarily MUST be more damage.
