unless you'd rather have another incident similar to a certain tank that was given buffs that make no sense last year.

All Riot needs to do is revert Liandry's from Max HP back to Current HP, that's it. It doesn't matter how low a % they drop it, the fact remains that as is, with 0 AP, Morde can take 48% of a champion's HP with just his ult, add in AP and he takes a shit ton more.
The item started out with 2%, they dropped it to 1.5%, and recently they dropped it further to 1%. Just change it back to Current and give it 2 or 3%, that should be enough.
