Insane FPS Drop

Hey guys, I need your help... everygame when I play game, my FPS drops from about 110 to 7 or 6 and it continues for about 2 minutes and then it comes back to normal.. well not for long, i got these drops about 3 times a game. Do you have any advice? I just went down from plat1 to plat3 only 'cause these drops and I wanna stop play my heart-lovely game. Thank you.
