So, Lets talk this out for a second.

A Few months ago you Nerfed feral flare and various other jungle based items for being to strong. So what im questioning is why did it seem like the right move to revamp the jungle items and buff them x3 ranged slows on hit magic dmg etc. We're these items created with champions in mind or is this a pre season test? If you asked me if it were alright to give really any champion that benefits from attack speed an item that has a **50% attack speed buff 45 magic damage on hit **item for **2250 gold **I'd say wow feral flare got buff. not to mention the **20% damage reduction **and **true damage on hit **that you can stack with that should you choose to smite the other player........wut...

until you get a lifesteal item, the jungle beats you up pretty bad. Also FF no longer has on hit healing or that extra 80 damage on monsters. It IS a lot better then teh warrior enchantment though.

For AA focused jungle champs, it works well, though it lacks any on hit healing, so you do pay for those stats.

Plus the jungle respawns slower so it doesn't stack as fast
