I never received my level 41 level up reward capsule.
I made a post about it days ago. I want it. Blue essence is a joke to come by as it is. I want my capsule. I received it the same day as patch day.

Hethalean1 votesMake a Riot Support ticket. I recently leveled up then it said I got a capsule. However, I did not and emailed them. Turns out that when I restarted my client, I just didn't notice the two new champ shards. It gave it to me and opened it for me for some reason without the animations.
