Pre-game Removals

When I go into solo que, even before my soon to feed teammates are going to carry the enemy team, there is a different type of player in league: The Champion select troll. This bastard is either a bitch who doesn't care about the team and only cares about himself by picking what he wants regardless of the team, or he starts harassing people and downplaying his team before the game even starts.(Why the fuck is he even playing then?) I propose a solution to these people: Pre-game Kicks. Basically, everyone has a icon on there slot during champion select and if that person is the player described above, the team has the option to kick that person out of the lobby. There needs to be at least 75% of the remaining four members of the team agreeing to kick that person (so duo parties don't get to troll people by just kicking them). This is something I've been thinking about for a while now and with the recent amount of autistic players in champion select even before the game starts, I believe we shouldn't let these whores stop us from actually being able to play ranked for what is was made for: Competition.
