Kalista buff is ridiculous

E mana refund lowered from 2 minions killed to 1 isn't what will make Kalista viable again. It'll make her laning a little bit better and ???

Absolutely nothing, the rest is the exact same than before this "buff", still getting rolled over by every adc in the game, still dependant asf of his support, still no way to move arround when slowed, still no possible way to have decent attack speed when slowed too because of course Kalista is the only ADC that have his AS linked to her movement speed great idea.

Just try it, play kalista in ranked and see how you'll get disrespected by some vayne / braum or any other comp at the bot.

Kalista need way more buffs than this ridiculous reduction of requirements to get mana refunded on E.

Hope Riot isn't stupid and will see that while they're champions overbuffed there's some like Azir and Kalista that gets nothing and more, they're just forgotten.

If you can't properly adjust champions power for Pros and Amateurs, just make special patchs for Pro scene it isn't that hard.
