Extreme deficiency in latency?

So just as i came back from eating , i went on to play league then after the match started it was all ok until i started farming... when i started farming I noticed a lag in the time i hit the minion and the time his health went down (it was annoying) but then as the game progressed it became horrible the champions were warping and my champion was stuck running in place meanwhile no one else seemed to have it(nor did this happen before, only after the first game i played) the thing is the fps rate was normal and so was the ping , so i was wondering if this was a server thing or a pc problem? please share if this was happening to you or someone.
