Personally, I think that the ability lasts for way too long and the attack speed slow is pretty ridiculous and should probably be nerfed to reduce the effect it has late game when Nasus can have you perma-withered.
Cunky3 votesIt IS balanced. It's his only CC, and all it is is a slow. Just because you just lost to a good Nasus as Jinx doesn't mean that it's broken, it means that the ability designed to counter you countered you. If you bring your support and maybe one other person you completely shut the Nasus down since they'll peel for you.

He might have been maxing it second instead of the e, since in my opinion it gives you a lot more power to have the sticking power instead of the increased damage for the single q. He has no sort of dash or even movement speed inscreases, and the slow even ramps up instead of just applying immediately.
AeroWaffle2 votesI can't think of any other champion that has a single target slow with no damage other than Nasus and Zilean. Everybody else when they have CC, it's either harder CC (such as root or stun), AOE, or it has damage as well as the slow.
Zilean's slow is just as powerful. The full power of the slow is immediate, can be used as a speed buff instead, and he can use the synergy of his other ability to allow him to cast it on a second target.
Nasus's slow is his only method to catch a target.

heroikc1 votesThis is definitely a hard question; Nasus's slow is obnoxious because it means you are not able to escape him without burning alot to keep him away or having more help. However, it is hard to balance since it is his only means to keep someone in melee range and possibly outduel them. Honestly, the only "downsides" are that it's single target and a slow (so you can still kite him, just to a ridiculously limited degree), and doesn't effect champs like Yi or Olaf.
