I am not complaining that teemo is over powered or anything like that, I am saying that Teemo is a very bad champion and is there only to be annoying, that's it. I'm a top lane main and I've played countless games against a Teemo, and every 10 games I play against a Teemo, I would win lane like 8 times out of ten. And its not because I'm a Yorick main or anything like that, Its because I know that Teemo is a poke champion, and if you try to all in him as ANY champion, you will most likely win, unless he is reallllyyyyy far ahead of you. Unless teemo gets a HUGE lead early on, and I mean like a HUGE lead, he will be useless past the 20 mark. He doesn't have enough raw damage or range to be a backline mage or marksmen, he's not mobile enough and doesn't have enough burst to attempt to assassinate a squishy, and he's never going to tanky enough to be a frontliner. Honestly the only thing that Teemo does well is splitpush because he can set up shrooms up in the enemy jungle to spot people trying to stop him, but honestly Teemo even loses the splitpush game to more meta top laners like Tryn or Jax. Honestly the only thing Teemo has over other champions would be his ult. But that is easily countered by the new Red Tricketitem 3364 . Now I was over exaggerating when I said delete Teemo, he can't be deleted. At this point hes basically the mascot of league of legends, really he works better as a meme then a champion. So heres my suggestion, give him a Sion or Gangplank level of rework. Complete re imagine his kit and give him a new character model, because to be honest his current one is ugly as hell. Make him less annoying but more viable over all.

Teemo does not lose an all in to any champion. ONly bad Teemos. I played a lot of Teemo, and a good teemo can survive engages against any champion that relies heavily on auto attacks.

I don't always place shrooms in the river bush but sometimes in escape routes, and I always keep atleast one shroom ready on me. I don't harass with [Q] blinding shot, unless im sure i'm going to get a kill. As Teemo you always save your Q for when someone engages you, you can blind them. You drop a shroom right under neath you, and run away using (W).

W can be used to escape in 2 different ways. If you're against someone that's not very mobile you activate W first and then just kite them. Against someone like Jax, you actually use your (W) AFTER he leaps on you. Now, the reason for this is because (W)'s movement speed gets cancelled upon taking damage in combat. So if you use it too early, Jax will cancel your movement speed as soon as he Q's on top of you. If Jax stuns you with his (E) counter strike, then you will lose the movement speed buff. So you want to blind Jax while he's in mid flight, then use W after his stun is over. Then instead of just running away, you KITE him. With your (W) you are faster than him and you are ranged, and he can't engage on you because his gap closer is on cool down.

You do a similar tactic against Nasus, and other top laners. Furthermore, Teemo isn't a champion that's meant to be instalocked. You pick Teemo as a counter-pick to other top laners.

Teemo is also good against killing AD carries, his blind range, is actually longer than his autoattack range. Blinding Dart has a range of 580, and most ad carries have an aa range of 550. It also reset his aa timer so you can AA + Q + AA, all in less than a second.

Teemo can be played as an assassin. Instead of gap closing into team fights, you play Teemo by using your passive and your shrooms to wait in places where you can ambush those who try to pass by. At max rank, his passive gives him a whopping 80% attack speed buff while coming out of stealth.

Teemo has a low winrate right now, he is a champion that takes more planning and thinking ahead of time, as well as good orb-walking skills in order to be played effectively. He's not a champion where you win by using brute force.
