gangplank balancing ideas

i don't know why but thanks to riot the scrubs our cpt gp is getting too much nerfs.... and i don't need to stress out how fked up riot's balanace so i will just skip and stop whining about it instead i have ideas about his stats.

basic stats he used to have 640 hp as standard but this dropped to 580 so why not increase it to 625 since his health is just too low

his base attack damage should also be higher like around 60 (to be in line with some other characters) and his basic damage would be 112 from 107

HIS Q PARRRLEY not much change but i would atually see his old q where it would be 50 mana and returned 50% percent when he last hits and extra gold should be back to normal

also a new passive : ONE IN THE CHAMBER when gangplank scores critical strike on enemy champion or monster his Q in next attack will do 25% more basic damage (which can be increased and spell blade effects would also apply to it. ) and slows target for 3 seconds by 5%

there is alot of nerfs and buffs and what ever done to this skill but i think it is fair to say it had too much of nerf i think it is skill that is more skill based and high risk high reward type of thing which has alot of learning and planning involved . and also it should be effective counters to hard tanks since last two seasons alot of health items added game often turns into a tanker fest .so i am suggesting a middle ground for his amour penetration rate 60% is too much and i think 40% is too low so why not have a middle ground of 50% amour penetration ?

also recently the it is set so that the barrels would be only carried 3 why not increase it to 4 max? and start with 2? and number of barrels would increase each time gangplank 's cannon barrage levels in crease?

( so at level 1 as in ult level the barrels u carry increase by 1 and in level 2 it increases and in level 3 it stays it is)
