Combining Braum's Q and E

I thought – since Braum's slogan is "My shield is my sword" – his E should also have an offensive effect. His Q should get some buff if he activated the shield before. Meanwhile the E should end so that Braum doesn't block damage any longer. Boosts for Winter's Bite might be: 1. more damage 2. longer slow 3. four stacks of Concussive Blows (his Passive) thus the enemy is stunned immediately. Furthermore the effect may vary depending on whether Braum's shield already absorbed a projectile or not. Of course a semi-transparent shield gives a smaller buff then an opaque one. What do you think?
