Galio rework?

Can we maybe get a galio rework? He doesnt feel very much like a gargoil to me. Maybe change him into more of a hybrid tank? His q could be some sort of claw attack, his w could be similar to how it is now, but maybe make it only target himself and increase its strength a bit. His E could be a short range glide/dash that knocks people aside similar to corki's empowered E. His ult could be similar to how it is now but instead of a taunt maybe he pulls them in with mighty gusts of his wings creating a sort of wind vortex centered on him, and when he ends it they take damage and are knocked away. Its just an idea of how you rework him, but i for sure feel that he needs a rework soon.
