This is my first season playing league of legends and I have played 448 ranked games, and I would estimate 300 normal and aram games. With all of the IP I have gained (nearly 800 games) I still don't own even half of the champions. I think the LP and RP needed to purchase champions should be drastically decreased. It makes it hard for new players to catch up.

I really want there to be IP sales on champions instead of just RP sales.
I feel like it forces you to learn some champs that you have before getting a new champ every few hours. I like prices as they are

NO. Look at what happened when Riot made it easier to increase summoner level. Even the Coop vs AI Intermediate has become infested with botters.
I'd rather not since I have 15 rune pages and all the champions... along with purchasing over 50k ip in name changes.. I mean you will catch up faster than you think you will since they don't release champions that fast.. runes on the other hand I wouldn't mind making more cheaper!
