This new teambuilder should be for ranked only

I have tried for over a week to use this stupid thing the new teambuilder and it's basically crap . I know Riot hates the idea of admitting their failure but in the end I am probably not going to continue spending money here on a game that makes me wait to play 20 plus minutes for one game to get into. I am also not wanting to wait 20 plus minutes for a game to play that someone leaves and makes the wait time resume in a longer wait period. It works good if you have friends but my friends are not always on-line. I do like the ban ability set into the new builder but if some ones character gets banned or taken, back into the wait I go. All I am wanting is the old one reinstated for unranked and that leave it at that so i don't have to wait more than I play. If you all can't or wont admit to what people have been screaming about in this, I guess I will have to move on, because my time is precious and I am unwilling to contribute my funds that I made for unenjoyment.
