Seriously why?

Ok so I just started playing Ezreal for the past few weeks. fun champ but a lot of the time, he either gets banned or locked in before i get the chance to lock him in. i don't ever have trouble playing against him, if anything he's a waste of a ban but why are people considering him op. I mean yeah if you let him kite you then I can see it being annoying but sidestepping isn't too hard. Now he's getting a nerf on his Q ratio along with champs like Malz and Xin. imo Malz deff needs the nerf but can't they just tweak klepto on Ezreal instead of full blown nerfing him. He's been in a bad spot for so long now and i'd hate to see people considering him a troll pick.
