My account is getting decay , does remake count as a match?

I received notification from my client that i have 9 more days till my rank get decayed . I went in a rank game and unfortunately there was one person afk, and the game got to remake. So after that, my notification about elo decaying disappeared. Does remake match count as a match if my rank getting decay? Thank you
