Is there any way to stop your teammates from inting?

I've been trying to climb out of Bronze I as a jungler for about 2 weeks. I hop onto the game, and I see a Gold IV MissFortune lock in support on my team and build AP. Tristana leaves the game and comes back when everyone is around level 5. Next game, a Mundo flames our team and runs it down, going 0/13 and blaming me for not ganking. These games aren't one-offs. Five games prior, I got paired with an inting Sion. I am completely aware that I am not the best player and the lobby and even on my team in the games I have lost; I understand that maybe if I played better I could have salvaged a few games.

I would really like to know what I can do, if there is anything I can do, as a jungler to try to help a tilted player who's giving up and refusing to set up ganks.

Dead lane, go elsewhere.

In bronze, its not about your team, its about you. The enemy will make mistake after mistake, all you need to be able to do yourself is make fewer mistakes and capitalize on as many mistakes the enemy makes as you can.
