Who are the most trolly characters??? (ADC specifically)

My friend always play's Tahm Kentch because he like to troll the ever loving shit out of people. I play caitlyn, and i really love her, but her early game without a good support is trash. I wanna be a troll like my friend, but i want to stay ADC because that's where i strive best. I own Vayne, Sivir, Ashe and Caitlyn. The only other person i can think of is Draven or Jhin, But I don't like Jhin. So I ask. Does anyone know who the trolliest characters in league of legends is?

Yes, it's like when someone plays yasuo support. i want someone who won't make your team win, but ruin other peoples lives.( when i say this i am being 100% in a good way. no matter who plays someones game is always ruined. i want to be the cause of it.)

If you hadn't said you disliked jhin, I would have suggested him, for the reason of his root. The root would have synergized with your buddy's Tahm, as it would allow for him to get his three stacks and nom the enemy, almost every time. Jhin in himself isn't super trolly (I would say most adc's arent, other than ashe, with the slows), but he would exponentially increase Tahm's strength. If you are willing to go off-meta, I would suggest going malz apc - have you watched magikarp's movie about the AIDS cannon?

play Malzahar apc with TahmKench sup. Infect a minion with your aids. get your friend to shoot the minion at the enemy adc/supp. minion dies from impact, passing aids to the adc. It is amazing, and in the video, Magikarp got a triple (I think) post-mortem, with this method only.
