EVELYNN REWORK/UPDATE?

I've come to really love playing Evelynn more than any other champ. I just got work about a rework/update soon about her stealth only being usable around walls?

Do you think this will make her stronger? According to my understanding and memory, her win rate isn't even that high and that sounds like a nerf to me. Her being invisible is the identity of her and with her being so squishy, it's what makes her sustainable. I hope they add more power to her abilities or CC or something else then. I'm sad but trying to stay hopeful.

Her rework is going to be a big one, like Yorick, Galio, or Warwick. Not like the Rek'sai update.

So I don't imagine that her stealth change is going to be the only change to her abilities.

I'm so sad. Do you think they will make her better or worse? She's really not one of the "best picks" for jungle in the meta right now but I just love her so much and I would hate to see her nerfed and unplayable. I also want them to keep her voice and stuff.

I haven't heard much about it, to be honest, but the goal is definitely not to leave her unplayable.

Better, without a question, current Evelynn is nerfed, hard. She's usable because her stealth mechanic makes her viable, but it's also the reason she can't be what she was designed to be, an Assassin. Her stealth mechanic was holding her back pretty hard from her playstyle, the rest of her abilities have suffered pretty considerably. The rework will make her a better assassin, the direction riot wanted her to have, it'll give her more burst damage and less DPS, which is good because that's what she had before they were forced to nerf into non-existance.
