Why are there no Junglers on Riot's Balance Team?

Title pretty much says it all. Whether or not you like the changes Riot is making (and it's pretty obvious most on the boards agree with me that the the jungle changes are pretty bad) you have to admit it makes no sense that there is not one jungler on their balance team. You guys have access to Jatt, Kobe, Zirene, and I'm sure plenty other of Junglers on staff. No taxation without representation, come on Rito!
