HEIMERDINGER REWORK

hi Riot and who 's reading this post . Today iwanna tal about making little rework for Heimerdinger Iamm lvl 5 doonger he's a great champion but he has no mobility at all so i have liile bit of ideas if a turret get destroyed he become fater for short period of time if he 2 turrets get destroyed he become faster and have 10/100 cooldown reduction if all 3 tuurrets get destroyed he become more faster and he get 20/100 cooldown reduction and if he hit his W ''the bomb'' his rocekets get off cooldown reduction so he can use it instanly and i hope u give a look in this idea and have a great day
