Will we ever got roster updates back in the far future?

I don't understand why they got removed, sure they are hard to balance and some players hate them, but I thing this is the best option to change 1 class overall. Sure the mini reworks aren't bad, but during the last one got an update the first one is alread bad again, because you don't have the chances to change the whole class, becasue you can rework items and champs and no other champs of this class get bad or too strong.

Sure that we would be at some point that most classes are fine , but look at the divers: xin, aatrox ,nocturne , hecarim, diana, pantheon and some others need work, sure some got already some work or are in the pipeline, but I think changing some items and create new one would help more than chaning them over time that champs like panth, nocturne will get work in 2018/2019 and Diana is already at the same problem like before in comparison to champs like Xin and Aatrox that got big changes?

I mean: Zac, Maokai and Sejuani are now really strong in meta and the assansis got with Lethality some really cool option that makes them more unique and also a good option for adcs

So all in all: Do you think that you will bring back this roster updates in the future when you realize that small reworks won't help over time?
