MMR?

I've been winning a lot of games recently and my MMR is descending for some reason, also I've been getting low LP when I win and losing a great amount when i lose. Help me, is there anything I can do to prevent this and or make my MMR higher and get a high amount of LP? (Support main if its helps with the situation) [zombie-brand-facepalm]
