Oh eventually he will get the special treatment, gain 19 dashes, 3-5 heals, some broken sustain, and some kind of immortality or something similar. Oh and even more bursty damage. And he will have awesome visuals and need to be nerfed into the ground. He will also get an awesome new skin or 3 as well! :D
They're probably waiting until they have time to give him a full VGU.
When he gets a full VGU
