Ryze isn't a champion anymore

Hello good sirs, as an ex-ryze player or abuser if you will, I'm upset to see ryze having a 39% winrate. Seriously 39%, that means he's the worst champion for solo q. I'm not very interested in competetive play and therefore I don't know what's up with it and if ryze is any good there but what's the point of balancing everything according to competetive play and ignoring milions of solo q players. I have met so many ryze mains that stopped playing the champion for being really weak. At first it was like the rylais nerf which was fair enough but also an indirect nerf to ryze. After that his movement speed and shield got nerfed mid/late game which I was fine with. The following patch or two his e damage or e q, I don't really rememember, got reduced by 20% lategame and that leads with an overall weaker lategame, that's completely fine as the champion was overloaded. What I don't understand is that his damage and utility had already gotten nerfed so I dont see why his e cooldown had to go up to like 3.7 seconds and root duration reduced. In my opinion, ryze was at a balanced state after the q and e nerf, now he counts as a minion till lategame where he can be midiocre. #MakeRyzeGreatAgain
