Nocturne issues in new patch to jungle (to Riot)

I won't say I'm great at LoL, but I have played a reasonable amount of Nocturne. Before the update he wasn't the easiest jungler, he didn't really get large killstreaks, and besides his ult, he wasn't much of a threat late game. Before the latest patch I had struggled with making him more viable late game, but now his jungle is slow and difficult. To keep up even with the lowest level on the team, I now have to spend way more time in the jungle. This is obviously a problem because it means less ganks, and still slow jungling.

I'm not trying to rant, I just genuinely hope riot will see this and consider my plight. I know noc isn't exactly one of the more popular champions. He didn't show up often in patches because he was fairly balanced, but now he feels underpowered. I know you guys have a lot going on, but I that would be greatful if you'd at least take a look.
