Buffs to champions.

I play a lot of Orianna and one of the things I have noticed is I can't while mid Q:Command Attack use my W:Command Dissonance. I think this would be a nice addition to her kit or slight buff. I don't know how many times I have caught myself spamming my W while trying to position my Q. Any thoughts on this becoming a thing? What would be a buff or ability tweek you would want that doesn't OP your favorite champ?
