More LP loss than gained

This is really annoying, so I rather play Ranked Games than Normals because it is less stress, but I had one time where I lost like 5 Ranked Games straight. So because of that I got this buff that prevents me from getting demoted to a lower Tier, however I did win some Ranked Games, and won 3 games in a row, so I thought I should be good from it. When I win I get like 15 LP only but when I lose, I get -20 to -21 LP taken off, and that is absurd and retarded. I still have the buff that prevents me from getting demoted, but the LP loss and gain ratio is beyond impossible for me to not get demoted.... 15 when I win and god damn whooping -20 to -21 LP loss if I lose.. I tried doing Normal Game but the people seem to be incapable of playing. Rage easily and just quit after minor mistakes, also complain while doing nothing. Then there's Ranked Games, people seem to know what they're doing and still push on picking up little mistakes they make, could possibly turn the game around, so that's always good compared to Normal where they just rage and wait to lose without fighting back. Losing -21 LP from one Ranked game compared to winning THREE Ranked Games and only getting a TOTAL of 30 LP only, that need fixing... It's probably the buff that prevents me from getting demoted, but man only getting 15LP after a hard earn win is retarded, and losing -21 LP from a game that is sometime 1 sided or troll.... It's beyond help > HIGHLY PREFER RANKED GAMES THAN NORMAL, I don't like dealing with people that gives up after one mistakes and not help at the end. Also Ascension was available last weekend May 20ish, so why is it available this weekend.... waiting on URF but it usually land on a weekend when I work....
