Patch buffs already strong picks

Though i was happy with changes about Jhin, and the buffs on Poppy, Jinx, Orianna, and Eve, current patch is about to ruin balance. I mean gold-platina lvl Veigars were harbingers of death pain and destruction, Vayne and Draven already had a very high raw scaling and damage with mobility, Ezreal is already problematic and giving him this buff without lowering Q scaling will just make him op, Diana was a famous pick already everywhere with a balanced easy to hit kit, Malphlite can already only be stopped by very heavy poke and mana outrunning (while nearly always guaranteeing a win in teamfights), and Tresh is already a great tank with more utility compared to other tank supports, and Riven due to her cc is never usuless, while Vis early game with her Q is already a nuisance and would need to be tuned down. Rather than buffing fine and strong champions please don't forget take a look at who got abandoned at incredibly fast rate, whose kits are still (heavily) flawed.
