The Autofill Paradox

The Autofill Paradox: Autofill is enabled when too few players are in queue. When autofill is enabled, nobody is willing to get in queue.

Thus, the cycle never ends.

On a serious note, I'm willing to wait 2 hours for a game, but I'm not willing to play my offrole in ranked when I know everyone else isn't. Dynamic queue was annoying at first but with autofill thrown in it is just unbearable.

its an odd decision, giving us 2 choices but then will just put you in a position if it feels the queue is taking to long. whats the point in queuing for some rolls if there is still a chance to get the others because its a slow day

You have to remember, Riot Games is a chinese company, based in a nation where slavery is legal and environmental regulations don't exist outside of the international nuclear industry. They don't care what you think, they'll make changes and you'll continue to make them rich.
