The title says it, me, and probably you are tired of people forgetting to buy trinkets only to realize it 2 minutes in. so they end up with a choice, recall, buy it, walk back to lane and miss a lot of cs in the process or just wait until they need to back. only to get shat on by that pesky jungle. why not be able to buy it anywhere on the map? you could even put a time limit on it, like 2 minutes or something. Riot this is what makes a game go from Good to Perfect upvote so we can make Rito notice

Of the dozens of issues plaguing this game, this is easily the #1 most important of them all.

I think it'd be interesting to see how this would impact early invades. No one in their right mind would buy a trinket before leaving the base, instead waiting to see what plays their team/the other team wanted to make. Enemy picks the yellow trinket and drops a ward in your jungle? Someone purchases the sweeper to clear it out. Want to see if they're waiting in the tri-bush? An early blue trinket to walk in safely for an invade. No action, grab a yellow trinket as usual when you get to lane.
