Can I get banned for using announcer packs?

I recently saw a cool announcer pack by imaqtpie. He didn't make it but it uses his voice. I was wondering if I could get banned for using it. Thanks

I'd like to know aswell, cant find anything saying if i will get banned or not, and i really want to use it.
