I think Quinn needs a little attention to her ult cooldown. Her cd for her ult in 140/110/80, in the early and mid game that is a bit high for an ultimate like hers. Her ultimate is not game breaking, doesn't provide any cc or does an enormous amount of damage like a Caitlyn ult, Tristana ult, or a Graves ult. Having her ultimate at 140 and 110 seconds in the early and mid stages of the game leave her to rely only on aa'ing champs and using her spells. Possibly maybe a passive where, her vault gets cd for every certain amount of aa's, kinda of like a Lucian passive. But basically lowering her cd for her ultimate will help become stronger as a adc/top laner.

I'd say her cooldown should be in the 90/70/50 range for it's worth. Also her vault should be remade into like Gnar's Hopping move. A skillshot that can help her get around better. Also vulnerable should be remade into a passive that passively deals bonus damage on targets affected with disables, blinds, and slows.

Yeah, I agree. Maybe with her vault, having the option on where to land would beneficial for trading and getting out of sticky situations. Her vault is predictable as her landing area is around where she started the animation for vault. Kinda of a tricker Draven prediction.

Exactly because all your opponent has to do is get in the way of your escape path and you will be hurting. Vayne top has a much better time due to her Tumble being free to be directed anywhere.
