Ranked Lower Tier need rework

I don't get how as hard or good as you play in the lower tiers (bronze, Silver) there always seems to be a force working against you. I just got demoted in a game where I was legit carrying my team to a possible win but ended in a terrible case of my teammates (who fed) got caught after the enemy team did Baron. I even bought a sight-stone as mid-lane Annie to help with vision and prevent picks on my team... thanks rito but PLEASE fix this problem.

I'm stuck at a low elo with a high MMR but man that's just what happens. It's a team game not COD. Cant win em all even if your faker

ne1 who down votes this has clearly never had to deal with it. that's not to say you can't climb, statistically you WILL climb. but the problem is the climbing has only about 10% to do with you and about 90% to do with your opponents and your teammates. meaning its a complete dice roll if you win or lose any given game based on your teammates. the better YOU are the more you can tweak the odds in your favor. but i can say with complete confidence that at LEAST half the game in lower elo are decided before you even enter on to the rift. and only about 20% are YOU going to really be the deciding factor in.

so it feels like hell because the VAST majority of the time you have no control over the outcome and your just along for the ride.

Thanks for the comments SwiftKitten88 and BigMilkCows. I guess the problem is I actually took a brake from this game for a few months hoping that something would change since I met a snag trying get past gold 5. Now I am starting to get back to the position of only wanting to play this game as URF mode comes instead of even trying to do ranked just cause its so toxic and stressful. I am going to play a game for the fun of it, I don't do this as a job and clearly the ranked system makes the game total not fun the way it is. Riot needs to come up with a way to adjust players with certain qualities (frequent rage quiters, etc.) provided with reporting stats and group them together. This may help those whom are actually serious about playing move up faster if they don't have trolls on their team.
