Inconsiderately Prolonging Matches

Hello All (Especially Riot Members). Been a LoL participant for just about a year now and lately I have noticed multiple things that are ruining the game. In particular, people who think they are soooo good that they somehow have any right to tell people to uninstall the game seem to be getting greater in number and secondly people just irritating others by prolonging the matches in order to run up their own KDA ratios (hanging around opposing base and NOT attacking nexus but rather just attacking champs as they respawn). Think it would be a VERY good idea if Riot added in a category for this kind of thing in the "Report a Player" menu.
