Champion Mastery Tier Increase

Am I the only one that finds tier 5 of champion mastery just underwhelming at this point in the game? Since it's live release 8 months ago, it seems like everyone can get tier 5 with a champion (some what) quickly. I think as a way to show real mastery with champions, there should be another set of tiers that takes extreme playing to reach. I play Thresh a ton, and i think I have like 400k points with him, so it would be nice to show that off with some awesome symbol in game besides the tier 5 one that people could get with 20k points.
