FIX SHACO

If you have seen the new shaco changes on the pbe that a lot of people havent seen, the new shaco is really bad in my opinion. If you see they heavily nerfed his early game trying to make him capable of being a good late game assassin, in theory this seemed like a good idea. But when playing it he's in my opinion garbage he cantgank at all in early levels due to the fact that his stealth has a short duration and his only possible hard cc is his box which cant really be placed without that extra stealth time. Also due to the fact that his q and passive have been nerfed he really can only really do damage early by getting a backstab which again is difficult without a long duration on his stealth. Also his boxes have recieved a "buff" but they cant stack which means he can take the first camp with only taking a substantial amount of damage but cant take cant take any of the larger camps like krugs or raptors due to his low health and damage early. Which means that youre extremely restricted in choices of what to do early game which is farm only 4/6 camps back then restart or you can attempt to gank which could put you behind due to higher risk in failing. Mid game he'd be subpar because his scaling isnt super amazing and im guessing you max out e instead of his q crit build since that was nerfed. When you fully max out e you get a so called buff that will deal 7 or 8% missing health which seems normal but lets say you have an ability that deals 8% but can only use it every 6 secs without cdr to a target with only 1000 missing health which is at best probably what youll find if youre lucky youll deal a bonus 80 damage which is pretty fuckin useless and you have a useless ultimate on top of that too it summons 3 boxes that are weaker than regualr boxes and have that same timing on acctually being useless yet if you kill 1 bix all of them die and the boxes die in practically one hit. So to sum it all up shaco is useless he cant gank when he actually has the capability of doing something its team fight phase and he can probably on split now and also he cant build hydra early anymore or at all because his ad would be too low and the item overall would be utterly useless unless you use him to split which is what riot wantd to change in the first place so yeah great choices really pissed right now that you reworked champions pretty well for the main 4 atleast but you wont give time to a pretty cool and an old character which has been in the franchise for a long while.
