Individul Game Play / Gold Nerf

Im in low elo and after just this last patch I noticed I cant carry games anymore from support postion. Ive tried everything. Brand, ive tried the healing champs running that item you just buffed. but nothing is helping. I think im addicted to this game because its gambling. you never know who your gonna get. im actually an addict in recovery so that's why I love this game. Its been helping fill my time and me stay sober. But im gonna have to find something else to do I guess... Anyone got any tips? besides "get good" lol
