Bard is old news but still

CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS POST Ok so I wanna touch on a few things about Bard. He is a very fun but dumb champion and many people would agree with that. So you have one abilitie (Q) that does any poke or damage and the angle on that thing to get a stun requires skill or lots of practice. Most of the time he leaves lane to go get chimes which leaves your vulnerable adc alone! I mean the chimes come in handy with the upgrades which help with some damage, they give some xp with is nice and the mana they give is handy for when you're oom but still. I am a support main and whenever I decide to play bard you can feel everyone in that game groan thinking that you're going to troll or feed. Bard can be useful, you can make engaging easier or you can help someone escape or avoid an ulti. Actually let's talk about the ult, as i just said it can be useful but the range on that thing is horrible. I have to be standing very close to whomever I would like to ult. I also think that Bards ult should do something else including the placing people in stasis. I got some suggestions in the comments such as what if it healed off of the percent of the allies health, I was also thinking it could blow enemies back like Janna ult and hold the allies or enemy's in stasis. Like add an area around the ult where you would be in stasis and if an enemy is in that area they get pushed back. I'm not saying it should deal a lot of damage but some would be nice. I know I may be the only one who thinks this but still
