We Should be Able to See Other Champs' Abilities In-game

It would be nice if you could click on other champs and be able to read their abilities in-game. You can look them up on the wiki but you can't see what the cooldown is with their current cdr or how much damage it deals with all their stats combined. Obviously you shouldn't be able to see their current cooldowns as it ticks per second, but knowing the max cd would let players play around it, just as they already play around summoner cd's. And there is the problem of not knowing how many ranks are in each ability of your enemy, but you could fix this by just displaying x/x/x/x/x as possible values and let players predict what it is based on enemy level and what they would max first.

On the interface, it could be added in the top left where the selected unit's information is and make it similar to how it's displayed in spectator mode, or somehow add it to the scoreboard. Maybe with a small drop down button for each player that shows ability icons when clicked.

It would add transparency, clarity, and make it easier for new players to learn more quickly. Like when they die to something, they can just read about it while waiting to respawn, or before the game starts when facing a champion they've never played before. It's hard to memorize the cooldowns for every champ in the game, and even harder to adjust that knowledge for cdr. It can also lead to calculated risks, like knowing that your lane opponent only has 600 dmg of burst before reductions and you have 800 hp left, or that they won't have enough mana for a full combo right now. This sort of play already exists with common cooldowns that everyone has lots of experience with, like summoner spells or guardian angel. This information doesn't seem to be knowledge that you're not supposed to have, since you could easily just google it and do the math to figure out all the stats. It would just make it readily accessible.

Would be good for new players. And, hell, even good for those of us who aren't new, but still have things to learn.

Although it'd be a massive nerf to Morde, because then people would actually know what he'd do. XD
