Jayce? How?

I am unable to fathom how riot hasn't nerfed this guy into the ground. His lane phase is crazy because he can sit back and hit you with his empowered q and still go even on farm, and his counter ganking is amazing because unless you direct cc him with things like 's ult, 's ult and some others he just knocks you away and runs through his speed gate to safety. Post laning phase he is even worse because he can all in almost any champ. Literally the player can faceroll their keyboard and win the fight. His mana costs don't even make up for this! Jayce just stands there for 5 seconds when he is oom and then he can empower his q again and hit you for 400 damage if not more when he is fed. Riot please do something about Jayce, you even saw in the world finals how grossly overpowered he was, literally almost every team that picked him steamrolled the other team and won.
